Bungalow in Karad

This 2,500 sq.ft. bungalow in Karad is a thoughtful blend of vernacular architecture and contemporary living. Designed in harmony with Vastu principles, the residence combines locally sourced stone masonry and hollow brick construction to create a sustainable and climate-responsive home. Traditional architectural elements such as arched openings, sloping roofs, and earthy materials are reinterpreted with clean lines and modern aesthetics. The design celebrated regional craftsmanship while offering spacious, light-filled interiors suited to today's lifestyle. Rooted in context yet contemporary in expression, the bungalow reflects a seamless balance between heritage, functionality, and timeless elegance.

This compact 350 sq.ft. 1BHK apartment is designed to maximize every square foot though intelligent space planning and multifunctional design solutions.
